Focus | Local Church
In this intake, you will learn how to build the local church, get an introduction to church planting, and how to have a transformative impact on a community. This will shift your perspective and break stereotypes of what the church is supposed to look like. If you love the local church and have a heart for building local churches and church planting, this is for you.
By the end, you will be on fire for the local church, with a clear passion and vision for what God has called you to.

Focus | Evangelism & Missions
In this intake, you will learn what it looks like to be the hands and feet of Jesus in a community, how to evangelize effectively, and how to empower others to do the same. Shift your perspective on what it means to be the church. Learn how to live out the great commission. If you have a heart for missions, even more so for surfers and surfing communities, this is an internship for you. During this intake you will be part of a mission to reach 500 surfers, leading them to salvation and getting plugged into a church community wherever they are from.
By the end, you will be empowered to evangelize effectively and have a heart for the lost. You will have the skills to start local mission projects that are sustainable, speak to the needs in your community, and have a lasting impact.

Focus | Creative, Environments, and Production
In this intake, you will learn how to pull together an event sustainably and create environments for people to connect with Jesus. Events have the potential to shift a ministry into a different gear when done with the leading of the Holy Spirit. Come and learn what it looks like to seek God in your creativity, leaning into what Holy Spirit is saying in the moment. It’s about more than bringing a creative vision to life from a mood board. It’s setting an atmosphere for God to encounter his people.
By the end, know how to seek God in planning an event, bring a vision to life creatively, and set atmospheres for worship.
